We came here to celebrate my fiance's birthday and had a great time. The servers were attentive, friendly, and helpful with menu recommendations. The food came out promptly, was hot, and absolutely delicious! Everything we ordered was on point. I highly recommend this restaurant and can't wait to try the rest of the menu!

I had a lot of mix feelings reading the reviews but I had to come to find out for myself. They have a great atmosphere for date night or a big family dinner. They offer you so many complementary foods from the bread to little cookies and pastries after your done. I highly recommend making reservations on the weekend it gets busy. I almost forget the food here is amazing!!! This place has become my favorite Italian place in Queens.

Stupendous! this is truly a New York landmark, it's a sin to have not eaten here. Make it a point to come and dine at Parkside you won't regret it.

I am Italian and I am a person who loves cooking, I had the pleasure of knowing this restaurant three years ago and every time I go back to New York it is my pleasure to come back to this restaurant. As an Italian, I say that you eat very well, all the staff are wonderful and very welcoming and the owner Alfredo is a very kind person and takes care of every single customer. Came here with a group of friends who frequent the place. Don't know if we'd be treated as well without them, but the experience was superb. Wait staff was attentive, food was excellent. Waiter delivered a steak to the table but decided it wasn't cooked properly and took it back without anything being said. Bread basket is the stuff of legends. The tab was shockingly inexpensive for everything we ordered. We are definitely coming back, whic considering it was almost a 90 minute drive to get here should say enough.

This was a fantastic restaurant. Excellent food at reasonable prices. Service was super. I eat all over the US. This is one of the best ever. Wow 5 star PLUS

I would say this is one of the top 5 Italian restaurants in NYC.

Came here with a friend with the urge to eat seafood. Had the lagostino and a few appetizers to go along with our entries. Food was fantastic and we saved room for an espresso with sambuca and a tiramisu. Will come back again. We were sitting in the Marilyn Monroe room which is filled with pictures of the icon.

The menu and service were ahead of our expectations. We absolutely enjoyed the environment of this place. Superb spot to take my family out for lunch.

Truly excellent old world Italian cooking in a warm, historic atmosphere. You feel like the real Italy, and it's here in Queens. Many seafood options too. Specials daily. Great service. Packed so u need a reservation.

Nothing to write home about. Chicken dishes and pasta with clams (white sauce) was very average, however chicken was fresh, the clams not so much. Calamari was also very average. PEI Oysters on half shell were very fresh. House red wine was decent. As far as service - I don’t know if we were labeled “not big wigs” but basically we were ignored and the waiter did not come over at all unless we asked him to. Birthday service was super-lame. All in all, very average to below average experience. Menu is boring.

This place is no doubt one of the most pleasant place to eat in the neighborhood. Whenever I go there I am absolutely glad. They maintain their very high level service and the highest level of cooking they provide. You always win with this restaurant. Highly recommended.

The food is ok but nothing exceptional, just regular Italian food. The pasta I ordered was too salty and a bit tasteless. The steak was ok, pretty good. The service is slow, you have to wait long time for the waiter to show up. Overall is okay, but don’t except too much.

I just wanted to say that I am extremely satisfied by the way we were treated from the beginning to the end. These hard working people really focus on their customers. The food was delicious and the environment was just amazing. We live close by but if you have a car, they have vallet parking available for you. I cannot wait to go back and experience greatness one more time.

I loved my dinning experience here. The ambiance was beautiful, and the dish I ordered was the Truffle & Mushroom Fettuccine. I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed that with bread & olive oil. Delicious. If you're a fan of red wine and don't mind sweet, order the Parkside House red wine carafe. It's simply a smooth and enjoyable taste. I look forward to my follow up visit.

Loved loved loved everything about this restaurant! The food and service was great! Would definitely recommend making a reservation though. The place was packed on Saturday and they basically make you wait in the tiny bar with a ton of other people until they call your name. The hostess was kind of rude and kept losing her patience but we got over it quickly because our server was nice and the food was good. We ate on the 3rd floor which was nice and intimate. Would recommend this place for a nice date.

Wonderful dining experience, superb wait staff. One of those menus where there are a number of choices that all sound great so you know you have to go back and try it all. They were very accommodating since my husband and I did not have a reservation. My husband remembers being there when he was young with his grandmother and he was so happy to be back again. We will be bringing our children very soon and start a new tradition. Thank you

This place is a must visit, whether you want to celebrate your birthday or going on a date. I loved their setting and ambiance, with indoor plants in the green house section.However the best part of the restaurant is undeniably their food. They give you a whole medley of Italian bread and cheese platter.i had the avocado crab salad and the oysters, both prepared and presented to the perfection.As if the meal was not enough, they topped it off with some complimentary biscotti..I had an amazing time and loved the place.

Restaurant was not too bad but didn't live up to the hype. I was surprised because I have had many friends tell me how great the food was but it was only above average. Judging by the bread that was served I knew I was not going to fully enjoy the meal. The bread was not real Italian bread.

My absolute favorite restaurant, every time I come in the food is some of the best I've ever had. Highly recommended, just be sure to make reservations as they are usually packed for dinner.

I have been here to eat three times in a matter of a month! Absolutely phenomenal food!!! My family is Jersey Italian, so I have some high standards when it comes to pasta, let alone food in general. Park Side knocks everything they make out of the water every single time! Not only are the waiters and staff very friendly, but the atmosphere is incredibly beautiful and romantic. 15/10 would I recommend coming here for a real deal NY Italian American meal! They also chop fresh cloves of garlic in every dish- if that doesn’t do it for you, I don’t know what does. Thank you Park Side!

what a great place. the moment you step in you can feel local history pouring out the walls. the service is top class, with Antony (Italian speaking gentlemen- he's a keeper!) and the food was excellent!prices are in the mid range, but totally worth the experience. we loved it and for sure will come again

This is by far one of my top restaurants. The food is amazing. I know it’s pretty basic but I’m a chicken parm guy and these guys kill it every time. I haven’t found better baked clams anywhere. The homemade wine is very good. I really enjoy this place. I think the only downside is that the time from walking in to when you’re seated leaves you wishing you made reservations (when you already did) so yeah there’s a long wait most of the time. Once you sit down everything else..... the rest of your night will be taken care of. Truly an amazing place.

Straight up classic Italian food in a traditional restaurant. Hearty portions that are worth the price. Bottles of wine were reasonable and they have a good selection. The bread basket they give is a meal unto itself. All of the pasta dishes are solid choices but I really liked the fedelini marechada (angel hair with shrimp and clams in a red sauce). Only negative is that they get really busy so don't expect to be seated by your reservation time. Worth the wait though for the food and setting.

I go to this lovely place a lot! This is the best place to eat. I visit this place many times. The food is of high quality, the staff members are friendly and the charge is good. I enjoy going in this place for a tasty lunch.

It was great, I loved it! The service was good and the food was excellent. The flan, strawberries with cream and tiramisu are the only homemade dessert. The vegetables lasagna was delicious.

Wow what a nice place, takes you back in time when you can have great food and listen to live music. The stake I had was delicious very good service also. Our server was great had great knowledge of the food and did a great job getting us the food and his helpers were also great. Just an over all great first experience. This place is magical. The service is combination of royalty and family. The food is on point. The serve a mountain of delicious breads before the meal. The house wine is delicious too.

Amazing chicken parmesan and crab/avocado salad. They gave some bread, cheese, and meat before the meal which was delicious as well. House wines I had were good. Highly recommend and I'll be back when I travel back to the city.

I I understand we are going through a difficult time but so far most places are using the covid as an excuse for delays etc which is unacceptable Totally disappointed
